        I spend a majority of my week in an office chair and I must tell you, after a long days work my back starts to hurt, I'm constantly re-adjusting throughout the day etc. Sitting comfortably and correctly has a lot to do with it. If you are not sitting comfortably you can develop pain in the lower back and buttocks. 

        The seat cushion I'm going to go over today works awesome. It has a layer of gel like memory foam that contours into shape when you sit on it! Once it forms, you won't even know its underneath you. You feel a huge difference in yourself when using it. I tried this out for two weeks, and I must say I really enjoy it. It is not like other one I have tried. Its made durable and comfortably while keeping a modern design. This seat cushion fits on any chair, regardless of type and has an anti slip design on the bottom to prevent it from sliding. Its about two-three inches in depth, and about a little over a foot in width. Its very soft to the touch and has a small handle for easy carrying. Super lightweight and convenient for any office or home setting! I have also used this in my car and it gives me a little boost with comfort. I love my ComfiLife seat cushion! :)
