     In 2016 only 8% of people who planned on losing weight for the new year met their goal. Doesn't seem like a lot. Was it lack of motivation or just they couldn't stick to it? A lot of it has to do with the way people eat. I have struggled with weight loss my whole life. My body goes through so many inclines and declines of weight management. I have tried many different diets and plans, and nothing seems to work. I have lost weight but I haven't met my goal weight yet.
     Today, I am going to be introducing a new book about how to lose weight by providing you with a review. It is called the Ketogenic Diet for Beginners. This is a diet where you eat certain fats to burn off you current fat in combination of a low carb diet. Sounds crazy right? But it actually can help you lose weight.
     This eBook is loaded with information and full of recipes to help you satisfy your taste buds throughout the day and its really easy to read. You have meals that start off for breakfast, lunch, midday snack such as shakes, and ends with dinner. It contains mostly recipes, and short texted paragraphs in the beginning and the end to help you understand what Ketogenic Diet is and how to accomplish your goals. It has anything from soups, salads, entrees and much more!  Instead of lugging a big book around, you can be happy to know that it can go with you anywhere you go. This is because you can put it right in your phone and refer back to it while your out and about.
     I recommend getting this book if your goal is to losing weight and you want to try a different diet type. Before doing any diets, I highly recommend talking with you doctor before starting. My favorite dish so far is the Spicy Chicken Nuggets and the Low-Carb Pizza.
